Your proposal will identify exactly what is included so responsibilities are clear before the wedding day.

You may still use outside vendors for selected services when preferred.

For example, a buffet held in one accessible room may require fewer staff hours than a plated dinner involving stairs, multiple spaces, a distant staging area, and a short setup window.

Yes. Mobile wedding tastings are complimentary for couples with a confirmed wedding booking.

A tasting may also be purchased before signing a contract. When you subsequently book your wedding with us, the tasting charge can be removed from the final bill.

Tastings are intended to help you evaluate selected dishes and refine the menu rather than sample every available item.

When should we arrange the tasting?
