Fremont Catering Company operates under Fresh Pulp Holdings LLC, a group of catering brands working across the San Francisco Bay Area. Between them, the group serves well over a thousand events a year and has now fed more than a million guests.
Practically speaking, that means your event is handled by a small local team you can actually reach by phone, while the sourcing, prep capacity, and equipment behind it belong to a much larger operation. Two events on the same afternoon in Newark and Milpitas is a normal day here, not a scramble.

Jason has spent the last decade writing, cooking, and rewriting this menu at real events rather than in a test kitchen. A dish only makes the list once it survives a full service — held hot for an hour, plated for two hundred, and still worth a second trip to the buffet.
That filter is why the menu spans Italian, Mexican, barbecue, Indian, Mediterranean, and American comfort food without feeling padded. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free versions are built alongside the originals, not bolted on when someone asks.

Fremont is home base, and we run daily deliveries to Newark, Union City, Milpitas, Hayward, and Castro Valley — plus most of Alameda and Santa Clara County within a 40-mile radius. Every city we serve pays the same flat delivery rate, so a lunch drop in Milpitas costs no more to deliver than one down the street.
