Floral arrangements and coordinated tablescape design may also be added, allowing the rentals, catering presentation, and decorative details to follow one cohesive event plan.

A seated dinner may require guest tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware. A cocktail-style reception may use a combination of high-top tables, appetizer stations, glassware, and limited seating. Combining the services allows one team to coordinate food presentation, tables, chairs, linens, serving equipment, setup, and breakdown. Florals and tabletop styling can also be incorporated when a more complete event design is needed.
Yes. On-site attendants are required whenever rentals are booked through us.
Our team handles installation, placement, safe handling, breakdown, and collection of the rental items. This requirement helps ensure that the equipment is set correctly and that clients or venues are not left responsible for moving and managing commercial rental inventory.
We do not require a strict minimum dollar amount for the rental items themselves. However, all rental orders require on-site staffing, and the staffing cost will affect the total investment.
For this reason, rentals are generally most cost-effective when combined with catering, event staff, florals, or a complete full-service package.
Yes. Each guest table rented through Fremont Catering Company includes one standard table linen.
A broad selection of linen colors is available, making it possible to coordinate the tables with your flowers, company branding, wedding palette, or event theme. Specialty linen styles or additional layers may be priced separately when available.
